We want you to be happy and feel good about your purchase. We will exchange or return any product we carry “in-stock” if un-used and in purchased condition. A full refund will be given.

Custom Order

There are no refunds for any customized orders that were created with a specific name, place, phase, or picture. 

Because every sign is freehand and individually created, there might be variations in how we letter/create signs. We’ll work with you to adjust the sign within reason.
